You can send an unused and unopened product back to us as a return.
First, check which products can be returned. When you want to use your right to return either the entire order or individual items, follow these steps:
- Print and fill out the return form, then pack it with the products in your return package. If you don’t have a printer, you can also write the form details by hand on paper.
- Customer will pay the return charges and customer will return via any courier company.
- Follow the instructions you receive through the link.
Note! The return form is only required if you choose to send the order back to us, without purchasing the return label from us. Returns sent with our label only require product registration in the return portal.
You are responsible for the cost of the return shipment. GoodGirl does not provide free return labels, but you can purchase a return label at an affordable price.
If you purchase a return label from us, we will assist you if your package is damaged or lost during transport.
Track your package through courier company; simply enter the tracking code from the label on the website.

Please remember also to add the return form from above.
Please note, that the condition of the products being returned is your responsibility until we receive them. Therefore, make sure to pack the return items carefully. Keep the tracking number and return receipt until we refund your payment. The return receipt is proof that you have sent the package back to us.
Regardless of how you use your right to return, you are responsible for the costs of returning the product/products. GoodGirl does not provide prepaid return labels.
Can i exchange Products?
